Our Community

Foulk Manor South is located in Historic North Wilmington.  The area’s picturesque scenery makes day trips out to its many restaurant, state parks and orchards even more enjoyable for residents, friends and family.  

Our Friendly Staff & Atmosphere
 
Given the small size of our community, the atmosphere is truly family-like.  Getting to know our residents well – both medically and socially – is important to us. Our tenured staff and low staff turnover, make it easier for our staff to provide excellent and personalized care.
 
Our New Residents
 
Learning as much as possible about a new resident before they move in is very important to us. We offer home or hospital visits to potential residents, and care plan meetings with residents and their families prior to move-in.   In addition, the management team at Foulk Manor South hosts a new resident luncheon for new residents and their families, and new resident housewarmings are a special part of our community.
